What is your ‘bond back guarantee’?

Our bond back guarantee is a guarantee that if we receive notification from you or your property manager, we will return to the job to re-clean any problem areas, 100% free of charge. Our bond back guarantee covers the areas provided for within our bond cleaning checklist. We will require specific details and photographic evidence of  the areas that need to be addressed.

How does your end of lease cleaning service work?

Call us or use the online form to receive an instant quote. From there, schedule your clean, and we will arrive on time as requested, thoroughly complete the work using our end of lease cleaning checklist, and make sure the property is completely prepared for the final inspection by your real estate.

Do I need to be at the property during the end of lease clean?

It’s not required for you to be at the property during the end of lease clean. Most of our customers meet us to provide a key, or leave a key in an agreed location. Extensive time will be taken to clean your property, so during that time you are free to continue on with your normal routine, knowing the job will be completed with no hassle to you. We can also facilitate a key pickup/drop-off with your real estate agent’s office if that is ideal for you.

How long will the end of lease clean take?

The duration of end of lease cleaning depends on the size of the property and its condition. If the property has not been maintained or is particularly dirty, the time required for the clean will be longer. As a general guide for standard condition properties, it takes 6-8 person-hours for small properties, 8-10 person-hours for mid size properties, and 10-12 person-hours for large properties.

Do you provide short-notice or urgent end of lease cleans?

Yes we do. We have capacity within our team’s schedule to complete jobs the day after or even on the days jobs are booked. For urgent jobs, it is best to give us a call so we can comprehensively understand the requirements of the job, your needs and timeframes, and support you to have your deadlines met.

Does my property need to be unfurnished to end of lease clean?

An unfurnished property allows us to clean every surface and area of your property. For us to thoroughly clean all areas we need an unobstructed work space. Moving and transferring your belongings should be best left to moving professionals, which will allow us to do the work we are great at!

Is there anything we need to provide for the cleaning job?

We require electricity and water connections to clean your property. We are fully equipped to complete all of our cleaning services with electricity or water using our suite of modern small devices and tools . There is nothing else you need to provide.

How can I get a quote for a cleaning service in Sydney?

You can give us a call or use the online quote and booking system. We use the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and any additional requirements you request to determine the size of the job and quote accurately.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

That depends on the size and requirements of the job. Our quote will take in to consideration the number of person-hours required to complete the work, so regardless of how many cleaners are on the job, the work will be completed to our high standards.

How much notice do you require to book a clean?

As part of a our service commitment to you, we are generally available to complete your clean within 24 hours. Please let us know your requirements and deadlines and we will work with you to meet your needs.
